Joop Sistermans is a former member of the Group Council and Executive Vice President of Akzo Nobel, responsible for Strategy and Technology. At the moment, Sistermans is chairman of the Advisory Board for the Science and Technology Policy (AWT), among other things. He also holds several other positions: Member of the National Innovation Platform Member of the Strategic Advice Committee, SAC, Ministry of Economic Affairs Member of the Supervisory Board University of Twente Chairman of the Supervisory Board STG/Health Management Forum.
Kees van Hee studied mathematics at the University of Leiden and earned his doctoral degree from the TU/e. Throughout the course of his career, he has alternated between the positions of management and IT consultant. He is also a professor of Computer Science. Between 1994 and 2004, he worked as Managing Partner at Bakkenist Management Consultants and Deloitte Consultancy. In 1991-1992, he was a guest lecturer at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. Between 1984 and 1994 and again since 2004, he has worked as a professor of Computer Science at the TU/e.

The world is changing ever more rapidly. The ability to adapt quickly therefore offers the best path to success.
